Monty Bayer currently serves as a Managing Partner of Grosvenor Food & AgTech (GFA) and CEO of Ostara. Prior to joining GFA, Bayer was the President and CEO of Actagro LLC. Previously, he served as Corporate Vice President of The Dow Chemical Company overseeing Dow Venture Capital, Global New Business Development and the Technology Licensing platform. Prior to that, he served in multiple commercial leadership roles for Dow AgroSciences including Vice President of Japan and Korea as well as extensive commercial leadership roles in both the USA and Canada.
