Terri West CPA, MBA
Chief Financial OfficerMs. West has over 15 years of experience leading finance and accounting organizations. She is responsible for all of Ostara’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations.
Prior to joining Ostara, Ms. West served as Chief Financial Officer for Actagro, a soil and plant health specialty inputs business, successfully leading the company through exceptional growth resulting in a sale of the company to a private equity investor in 2011; and a subsequent sale to a strategic buyer in 2019.
Ms. West is currently an outside director on two boards, serving as audit committee chair for an agriculture cooperative lending institution and chairperson for a large privately-held vegetable farming, cooling, and distribution business.
Ms. West has a B.B.A. in Marketing from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from California State University, Fresno. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Washington.
